 REGEDIT4
 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
 "DisableRegistryTools"=dword:00000000

 2. Now save the file as anything.reg (.reg is must)
 3. Double click the save file.
 4. Done !!
