a. Tap Apps from the Home screen.
b. Tap Settings from the Apps tab.
c. Tap Sound from the Device section.
d. Tap Volume.
e. Adjust the volume for any of the given options including music, video, games & other media, ringtone, notifications and system.
f. Tap OK when done.

If you cannot adjust the volume, make sure the Turn Off All Sounds settings is disabled or turned off.

4. Verify Bluetooth settings and ensure it's OFF or disabled.
